Returns & damage
Unused, undamaged ready-to-ship rugs can be returned within 7 days of delivery, unless the law gives you longer. Contact us first; the buyer pays return shipping. Damaged rugs are replaced, or fully refunded if we cannot replace them. The special-order 50% deposit is refundable only if we cannot deliver. Refunds are paid by bank transfer to the purchaser's verified account.
