Golden Loom Afghanistan — Worldwide Delivery

Each Golden Loom rug is a handcrafted work of art, carefully packaged and shipped from Kabul, Afghanistan to your door.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Each rug is individually inspected, rolled, and packaged before dispatch to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Payment & Order Confirmation

Orders are paid by bank wire transfer (SWIFT). Your order is confirmed once payment is received and verified — typically within 1–3 business days. Order processing begins from the date payment is confirmed.

Shipping Rates

All orders include free insured international shipping — the cost is included in the product price. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.

  • Gulf Countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): 5–21 business days

Insurance & Tracking

All shipments are fully tracked and insured. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product price. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.

Packaging

Every rug is professionally rolled, wrapped in protective material, and secured in a durable shipping tube or box to preserve its quality during transit.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date with photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
