By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a purchase contract under the laws applicable to you.

2. Handmade Products

Many Golden Loom products are individually handmade rather than mass-produced.

Natural variations may occur in:

Color and tone
Wool texture
Weave and knotting
Pattern alignment
Dimensions
Fringe
Other handmade details

These variations are part of authentic craftsmanship and are not normally considered defects.

Product colors may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.

This does not affect your rights if an item is materially damaged, defective, misdescribed, or different from what you ordered.

3. Product Information and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, dimensions, photographs, pricing, availability, and other information are accurate.

Because many carpets and handcrafted pieces are unique or available in limited quantities, products may become unavailable without prior notice.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing, description, or inventory errors and, where necessary, contact the customer before fulfilling an affected order.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless another currency is expressly shown on the website.

The payment methods currently available to you will be displayed during checkout or communicated as part of an approved order process.

Payment must be completed and verified before an order is dispatched unless Golden Loom Afghanistan has agreed otherwise in writing.

For bank or wire-transfer payments, customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct payment details and order reference are used.

Any bank, intermediary, foreign-exchange, or transfer fees charged by a customer's financial institution are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

5. Orders

An order becomes accepted when Golden Loom Afghanistan confirms the order and payment, where payment is required in advance.

Custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized products may no longer be cancellable once production has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

A cancellation request is not final until Golden Loom Afghanistan confirms that the cancellation has been accepted.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Golden Loom Afghanistan provides domestic and international delivery to supported destinations.

International delivery generally takes approximately 7–21 days after dispatch, depending on destination, carrier operations, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.

Golden Loom Afghanistan is not responsible for delays caused solely by:

Severe weather
Force majeure events
Incorrect or incomplete customer information
