4. Orders & Cancellations
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it enters processing within 3–5 business days. Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at info@goldenloomafghanistan.com. After this window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed as the item may already be in preparation for shipment.
