How long does preparation take?

Ships within 12-24 hours of confirmed payment.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 7-21 days after dispatch via DHL, FedEx or USPS (US orders).

Will I get tracking?

A tracking number is emailed once your rug ships.

Will I pay import charges?

Import charges vary by country. We discuss expected charges with you before you pay.

New or special-order pieces may take longer. We confirm the timing in the chat before you pay.

What if my rug arrives damaged?

Email us photos of the parcel and rug within 7 days of delivery. Once we confirm the damage, we will replace it with another piece. If we cannot replace it, we will refund you in full.

What if my delivery is delayed?

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If tracking stops updating for 7 days, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier.
