Processing Time

All orders are carefully inspected, rolled, and packaged within 3–5 business days of purchase.

Delivery Times

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times by region:

• United States & Canada: 7–21 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 7–21 business days
• Gulf Region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar): 5–12 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 business days
• Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Insured Shipping

All carpets are shipped with full insurance coverage. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during transit, you are fully protected.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your carpet's journey to your door.
