We want you to be completely satisfied with your Golden Loom Afghanistan carpet. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the carpet must be in its original condition — unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@goldenloomafghanistan.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned carpet, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your carpet arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos and we will arrange a full replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or bespoke orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
